Refund/Exchange Policy

At LeatherVikings, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be required. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your request can be processed smoothly.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in resalable condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original packaging, labels, tags, and the original invoice must be included.
  • The item must be returned in its original product packaging (not the external shipping box).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (LeatherVikings does not provide return labels).

Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or you may choose a replacement item.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Quick Strike (QS), limited edition, or special brand collaboration products
  • Items purchased in quantities of three or more of the same product
  • Any exceptions are determined solely at the discretion of LeatherVikings

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
